Lauren Zimmer
Lead Dog Trainer, Founder, Executive Director
Lauren is an autistic and disabled certified professional dog trainer, parrot behavior consultant, and shelter behavior affiliate with a passion for working with animals. Lauren has been working in the animal welfare field since 2014 and has a wide range of experience, including working with shelter animals, wild macaws, service dogs, and even rescued roosters! As a service dog handler, Lauren has a love for working with individuals with disabilities to improve their lives through the assistance of a service dog. Lauren has many pets and cannot wait to meet yours!

Maggie Majewski
Administrative Assistant
Maggie comes from a non-profit background, with experience across adaptive real reaction, early childhood therapy, and youth program leadership. Maggie’s first experience with service animals was as a revisited provider through Easter Seals Wisconsin Camps, where she saw the immense benefit a service animal can provide for individuals with disabilites. Maggie views her neurodivergence as strength that allows her to engage in enhanced focus, process information rapidly, and excel at seeing both the details and the bigger picture. Maggie aims to enhance the mission of Infinite Possibilities and the community by providing administrative assistance with intention, creativity, and efficiency. Maggie is passionate about ensuring equitable access to resources, programs, and opportunities for all.

Alisha Chapman
Associate Dog Trainer
Alisha is a long time animal advocate. Originally from Colorado, she has worked in multiple shelters and worked with many rescues. Her main goal was to help teams develop behavior modification programs to help dogs learn life skills and cope with the shelter environment. Before moving to Wisconsin, she also ran some public pet classes.
Now, she is working towards her Registered Nursing license, while still pursuing animal behavior. Continuing education is very important to her!
